Customer satisfaction is our priority and we achieve it by delivering premium quality products within time frame. We analyse ourselves and are dedicated to improve our products and services continuously. We are also committed to meet ever increasing demand of customer requirements of refrigeration system and try to exceed the customer expectation through adherence with international standards.

Quality Objectives
The main objective of our organization is to achieve zero customer complaint. Also we try to offer best quality products at possible minimum cost. We process the inspection exercise in three primary steps. These are incoming inspection, in process inspection and final inspection.
Incoming inspection
Incoming inspection mainly consists of quality check of raw materials. Raw materials are received in the form of bar materials and sheet materials. In addition to this forging of raw material as per drawing is also inspected. Every material is tested as per Quality Planning sheet. Parts which are outsourced for machining purpose are inspected as per stage drawing.
In process Inspection
On machine parts are processed only after set up approval by Quality inspector from our team. Our Operator inspects the parts with the help of approved stage drawing. Also in addition it has been cross checked with in process inspection check sheet. Quality personnel verify the same as per plan and record on in process inspection report. During process the trace-ability is strictly followed by the means or route card till the part get dispatched.
Final Inspection

At final inspection the part is checked for hardness, dimensional verification, build quality and for its operation as per requirement. The observations are recorded and preserved.

The final products are dispatched only after receiving the quality check certificate of Inspection from Customer.

 

At all level the inspection activity is carried out as per the plan and in adherence to maintain the international standard and quality.

Final Inspection
